Security Token, or digital securities, is rising in the Japanese financial market. In 2021, a number of established corporates, including major financial institutions, are working on projects in varied sectors.

We BlockchainHub Inc. supported foundation of Japan Security Token Association (JSTA) in 2019, anticipating expansion of security token business in Japan. Since the foundation, we, as Foundation Partner, have closely co-worked with JSTA.

In the coming years, we expect to see more projects in commercial phases, beyond PoC or trial. For the purpose of accelerating new players joining to the market and clarifying the present snapshot of the market, we here created “Japanese Security Token 2021“. We will keep contributing to the growth of security token business in Japan, in collaboration with JSTA.
